Technical details

• IntegrationMan as a connecting link: IntegrationMan acts as an intermediary between the SAP system and the web shop. It receives the iDoc from the SAP system and processes the customer master data it contains.
• Data transfer: IntegrationMan securely transfers the customer master data contained in the iDoc to the web shop. This includes information such as contact information, addresses and preferences.
• Updating customer master data: If the iDoc contains changes or updates to the customer master data, IntegrationMan carries out a corresponding update of the web shop data.
